Cabbage Masala (Bandakopi Tarkari), Ajwain Paratha & Salad

Cabbage Masala:

Cabbage is made with ginger, turmeric, kashmiri red chilli, coriander/cumin powder, tomatoes and green peas. Tempered with whole cinnamon, bay leave and whole cumin.


Ajwain paratha:

Ajwain paratha is a simple Bengali triangle paratha. I prepared the dough with some ajwain and ghee. A small tip to make the paratha soft and fluffy is to put some ghee or oil while rolling the paratha.


Dinner is sorted simple yet, yummy 😋.
